With a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Central Washington University, Aaron has carried his academic interests into equipment and product development and design for the company. Aaron is a lead project manager out in the field.

With a degree in Construction Management at Central Washington University, Joel utilizes his construction background for developments of the company. Joel is a lead estimator and project manager for various sized projects.

Born and raised in Kittitas County, Billy looks forward to serving the community by building relationships in the private sector through hard work and reliability. With a business degree from Central Washington University and a background in the equipment and manual labor of agriculture, Billy is excited to learn from the best while bringing a fresh perspective to the team at Central Paving.

With a degree in both Construction Management & Business Administration from Central Washington University, Bryce has collected a wide range of experience including Commercial, Residential & Civil construction. He utilizes his construction background and understanding of company development to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations for Central Paving.

Collin is an Estimator and Project Manager at Central Paving. He specializes in public works and commercial projects, expertly handling the associated challenges. With five years of experience, he brings a unique perspective informed by his background in Computer Science (BS, University of Washington). In his free time, Collin enjoys strategy games and hockey, where he channels his competitive spirit.

Ethan is a dedicated sales assistant at Central Paving, he applies his marketing degree from Central Washington University to deliver quality customer service. He is committed to supporting the local community and looks forward to building lasting relationships through his work at Central Paving. In his free time, he enjoys staying active through outdoor sports.

A graduate of Kittitas High School and Central Washington University with a degree in Public Relations, Beth brings over 20 years of experience managing accounts and projects with a personal, customer-focused approach. As an Account Manager at Central Paving, she is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences and building strong, lasting relationships. Outside of work, Beth enjoys cheering on her son in his athletic pursuits and spending time horseback riding and competing alongside her husband.
