Fresh black asphalt lane beside warehouse buildings

Industrial & Warehouse Paving

People. Partnership. Asphalt.

Pavement built for trucks and keeping operations moving

Truck lanes, loading docks and yards take far more punishment than a car park. We build and repair industrial pavement for the loads it will actually carry, and we plan the work so your operation can keep running.

We review the existing section, drainage and traffic pattern before we price, so the scope matches how the yard is used.

Sections for heavy traffic

Truck-served areas need a thicker section than car stalls. We build to the civil plan where there is one, and size the repair to the load where there is not.

Schedule around operations

We coordinate phasing, access and timing with your facility team so shipping and receiving are disrupted as little as possible.

Striping, loading zones and ADA

New layout goes down once the asphalt is done: stalls, loading zones, accessible spaces and traffic markings.

What we handle

  • New paving, overlays and full-depth replacement for yards and truck courts.
  • Milling worn surfaces so new asphalt meets existing docks, curbs and drains.
  • Patching, crack sealing and sealcoating to extend the life of pavement that is still sound.
  • Drainage and catch basin work where water is shortening pavement life.

We are affiliated with the International Facility Management Association and BOMA, and we work with facility managers, plant managers and owners across Washington.

Hundreds of tons of fresh asphalt placed right up to a working hangar, on a tight timeline so operations never skipped a beat.

Frequently asked questions

Can you pave without shutting down the whole facility?

Often, yes. We plan the work in sections so part of the yard stays usable, and we agree on the sequence and access points with your team before we start.

Should I resurface or replace a worn yard?

If the base is sound, milling and an overlay is usually the lower-cost route. If the base has failed, repairs or replacement are needed. We assess the existing pavement before recommending either.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance and W-9?

Yes. Send us your vendor onboarding or insurance requirements with your request, and we will provide the certificate of insurance and W-9 your team needs.

Do you work in my area?

Central Paving is based in Ellensburg and works across Washington State, including the Puget Sound region. Tell us the address and we will confirm scheduling and the best approach for the site.

Planning a yard or lot project?

Tell us about the site, the traffic it carries and your operating schedule, and we will build the scope around them. Call (509) 929-1044 or request an estimate online.
