HOA & Community Paving

People. Partnership. Asphalt.

Board-ready proposals for the roads your residents use daily

Associations need numbers a board can approve and a plan residents can live with. We provide written scopes with quantities, options and phasing so your board can compare choices and plan reserves.

Large red and white paver and a paving crew on a neighborhood street

We work on community roads, parking areas, paths and trails, and we schedule around residents wherever the layout allows.

Proposals a board can act on

Clear scope, quantities and options in writing, plus a recorded walkthrough of the proposal when it helps your board follow along.

Phased multi-year plans

Spread road work across budget years. Our crews return phase after phase for communities that plan ahead.

Roads, paths, trails and parking

From milling and paving community streets to hand-worked paths where big equipment cannot go.

Working around residents

Residents notice the work first. We coordinate access, parking and timing with your manager before crews arrive, and we keep the finished edges clean so the community looks cared for.

We are affiliated with the Washington State Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and serve homeowner associations, resort communities and manufactured home and RV parks.

Recent work

Residential community roads, Otis Orchard (September 2026)

Milled out worn asphalt and laid fresh pavement for the latest phase of an ongoing road improvement project, for a community that keeps calling the crew back.

Private resort community near Cle Elum (September 2026)

Two connected trail projects: a mail area and trail, and a golf course path of roughly 560 feet of new 8-foot asphalt, hand-worked through tight tree lines and steep grades. Two days of prep and one day of paving.

Frequently asked questions

Can the work be spread over several years?

Yes. We can scope the whole community, then divide it into phases that match your reserve plan and the condition of each street.

How do you minimize disruption for residents?

We coordinate timing, parking and access with your manager and notify residents through your usual channels. Closed areas are clearly marked and reopened as soon as the asphalt can take traffic.

Do you pave paths and trails?

Yes. We build paths and trails, including narrow or steep routes where smaller equipment and hand work are needed.

Do you work in my area?

Central Paving is based in Ellensburg and works across Washington State, including the Puget Sound region. Tell us the address and we will confirm scheduling and the best approach for the site.
