Mobile Home & RV Park Paving

People. Partnership. Asphalt.

Park roads that last, without shutting residents out

A mobile home or RV park is somebody’s home first. Residents need to get in and out, park near their unit and trust that the work will be clean and quick. We plan paving around the layout of your park and work loop by loop, so access stays open wherever we can keep it open.

Manufactured home communities and RV parks are a core part of our work. We know the narrow lanes, tight turns and drainage problems that come with them, and we price the repair your roads actually need.

Phased by street or loop

We divide the park into sections, tell you which streets are affected and when, and reopen each section as soon as the asphalt can take traffic.

Timing your residents can plan around

We coordinate dates and closed areas with your manager, so you can notify residents where to park and when to move vehicles.

The right-size repair

Many park roads are worn at the edges and in the wheel paths but sound underneath. We assess first, so you pay for patching, sealcoat or an overlay where each fits, and replacement only where the base has failed.

What we handle in a park

  • Road and loop paving, including milling and overlays over worn surfaces.
  • Patching of potholes and failed areas, cut out and replaced rather than skimmed over.
  • Crack sealing and sealcoating to extend the life of roads that are still in good shape.
  • Striping for stop bars, guest parking and accessible stalls, plus the entrance, office and clubhouse lots.
  • Gravel grading for RV pads and park roads, and drainage and catch basin repairs where water collects.

We work with park owners, operators, management companies and resident-owned communities, and we can spread a larger plan across several budget years.

Frequently asked questions

Can residents still reach their homes during paving?

In most cases, yes. We work in sections, so most residents keep access to their street. While a section is actively being paved it is closed for part of a day, and we plan the sequence and any temporary parking with your manager first.

How long until residents can drive on new work?

Fresh asphalt needs time to cool and firm up before it takes traffic, and sealcoat needs longer, often a day or more depending on weather. We give you the exact window ahead of time so you can notify residents.

Can the work be spread over several years?

Yes. We can scope the whole park, then divide it into phases that match your budget and the condition of each street.

Do you work on RV park roads and gravel pads?

Yes. We grade and prepare gravel roads and pads, and we pave RV park roads and parking areas.

Can I get a budget number before a formal proposal?

Often, yes. For planning, we can usually give a budget range from the address, photos and an approximate size. A formal proposal follows a site visit or a review of your plans, so the scope and quantities are confirmed.

Do you work in my area?
