Self-Storage Paving

People. Partnership. Asphalt.

Drive aisles that stay open for tenants

Storage tenants arrive in moving trucks, trailers and RVs, and they expect to reach their unit. We plan paving and repairs so aisles stay passable and the property keeps earning.

Whether you are repairing an older facility or paving a new phase, we scope the work around turning radii, drainage and the way customers move through the site.

Aisle-by-aisle phasing

We sequence work so tenants keep access to units. Closed areas are marked, and we tell you ahead of time which buildings are affected.

Paving for expansions

New buildings need prepared bases, drainage and asphalt that ties into the existing drives. We build to the plans or work with your site contractor.

Maintenance that protects value

Crack sealing, patching, sealcoating and restriping keep a facility looking well run and cut the cost of major repairs.

Built for trucks and trailers

Large vehicles turn tight corners on storage drives. Worn corners, ruts and failing edges show up first at turning points, so we pay particular attention to them when we assess a site.

We are affiliated with the Washington Self-Storage Association and work with owners and operators of storage facilities.

Frequently asked questions

Can tenants still reach their units during the work?

We plan the work in sections so that access is maintained wherever the layout allows, and we coordinate the sequence and signage with your manager.

Do you pave new storage buildings and expansions?

Yes. We handle base preparation, paving and striping for new phases, working from your civil plans or alongside your site contractor.

Can I get a budget number before a formal proposal?

Often, yes. For planning, we can usually give a budget range from the address, photos and an approximate size. A formal proposal follows a site visit or a review of your plans, so the scope and quantities are confirmed.

Do you work in my area?

Central Paving is based in Ellensburg and works across Washington State, including the Puget Sound region. Tell us the address and we will confirm scheduling and the best approach for the site.
